Looks like I'm never going to run out of walking/running/hiking/race inspired songs for the title...Yep. The Soundtracks are almost fully loaded, ready to roll, as NAT is on her way...and FINALLY BABY HARRIET is here! Big CONGRATULATIONS to Meegy and Mark. So happy. So with Nat Japan-bound here's hoping she'll make a brief stop first at COLES for some yummy, trail treats...not sure if the Cheese & Onion Samboys will make it, but here's hoping for a Cherry Ripe of two... Just over a week to go and we've so far we've only served up Ness. So today we introduce Nat...here's the lowdown on our super stylish, super fit, super hilarious Soundtracker...
Nat…Is heading to Japan for the 6th time from her home in Brisbane, Australia, especially to participate in Trailwalker 09. She is so excited to share this event and the special experience of the trail challenges with her sister, Dee and lifelong friend Tracey. She is also hoping that this 6th trip to Japan will lift her self-imposed curse of NEVER having seen Mt Fuij. Fingers crossed everyone. This is a challenge unlike anything she has tried. No stranger to health and fitness, Nat regularly joins fun runs and other sporting events in Queensland. She swims often and loves the outdoors. She is relatively new to the peaks and passes of mountain hiking but is so ready for the opportunity. When Trace suggested she join the Soundtracks team Nat jumped at the chance. She never balked at incurring airplane costs or other travel related expenses and is now fundraising like crazy. She was committed from the beginning. Even when the team suggested doing the event locally, in Australia, Nat was resolved to coming to Japan. She loves it here, it’s her second home.
Nat, 34, SINGLE, is currently
working as a Flight Attendant with Virgin Blue while pursing her own businesses
Tickled Pink Cards and Tickled Pink Events. Nat lived in Japan for 1 year
2000-2001 where she worked as a Hair Stylist, Language Teacher and almost a TV
Shopping model. She loves all things pink, creating, chocolate, inventing
Japanese vocabulary, her family and friends, fashion, fitness and a good book.
She is in daily contact with The Soundtracks, reporting in on both her physical
conditioning and her Mt Fuji visualization training.
